All the prices shown on our website include UK VAT. If you are ordering from outside of the UK you need to deduct this (divide the prices by 1.2 as UK VAT is currently 20 percent).

PAYMENT METHODS

For payment we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer or for UK customers, debit card.

Paypal - please email your order to us along with your shipping address and paypal address (the email address attached to your paypal account). We will send a paypal request by return and once confirmation has been received from paypal that payment has been made, we will proceed with your order.

Bank transfer - please email your order to us along with your shipping address and we will reply quoting the value of the order and also our bank account details. Once you have made the transfer please let us know and upon receipt of the transfer we will proceed with the order

Visa / Mastercard / Debit card - please telephone your order and we will take your order and payment details over the telephone. When the order is ready for despatch we will process the transaction to your card. Once the order is complete and has been despatched and payment taken the card details are shredded for security.We do not hold card details on file.

SHIPPING

We use either Royal Mail or UK Mail / DHL courier for shipping purposes. In most cases we will use Royal Mail unless we are asked to use an alternative by the customer. For UK customers we will use either Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery, if using Royal Mail, or 'Next day service'when using UK Mail courier. For overseas customers we will use either Royal Mail International Signed For air mail via Royal Mail or UK Mail / DHL for our courier service. Where a speedier international service is required there are other options, please contact us for details. Our shipping prices are based on the size and value of the parcel plus the service required, typical prices (including vat) are as follows;

UK 1st class signed for - very small orders - GBP5.00

UK 1st class signed for - regular orders - GBP7.00

UK Special Delivery (up to 500 grams) - GBP12.00

UK mainland courier delivery - not Scottish Highlands - GBP10.50 (small packages) to GBP30.00 (large packages such as bicycle frames)

European 1st class signed for (up to 200 grams) - GBP12.00

European 1st class signed for (up to 500 grams) - GBP14.00

World 1st class signed for (up to 100 grams) - from GBP12.00

World 1st class signed for (up to 500 grams) - from GBP16.00

International courier - from GBP30.00
