Carbon fibre sheet


We offer many grades of carbon fibre, csc (carbon/fibreglass), carbon660 and other laminate sheet for DIY and proto-type projects. We keep a lot of thicknesses and materials types in stock, some of which are shown in the tables below.

All our materials are laminated in house using various methods of manufacture including wet layup and resin infusion. As everything is laminated in house this allows us to control the processes and also laminate materials to specific customer requirements. In the past we have laminated materials as thick as 30mm for motorsport purposes. We are also able to laminate carbon fibre / aluminium honeycomb material as well as carbon fibre / closed cell foam material. We've even laminated carbon fibre and balsa wood for a specific customer requirement. If you require a material that is not listed please contact us and we'll see what we can do for you.

Resin infusion

this sheet is laminated to a sheet size of 1250 x 1000mm as standard, it comes with a gloss finish on one face only, with a textured 'bagged' finish on the second face. This material is ideal for any large flat surfaces such as dashboards in race cars or furniture etc.
