All the prices shown on our website include UK VAT. If you are ordering from outside of the UK you need to deduct this (divide the prices by 1.2 as UK VAT is currently 20 percent).

PAYMENT METHODS

For overseas orders we accept Paypal for payment. For UK orders, we accept Paypal or bank transfer

Paypal - please email your order to us along with your shipping address and Paypal address (the email address attached to your Paypal account). We will send a Paypal request by return and once confirmation has been received from Paypal that payment has been made, we will proceed with your order.

Bank transfer - please email your order to us along with your shipping address and we will reply quoting the value of the order and also our bank account details. Once you have made the transfer please let us know and upon receipt of the transfer we will proceed with the order

SHIPPING

We use either Royal Mail post or DHL (UK) courier for shipping purposes. In most cases we will use Royal Mail unless we are asked to use an alternative by the customer. For UK customers we will use either Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery for postal services or Next Day Service when using DHL (UK) courier. For overseas customers we will generally use the Royal Mail International Signed For service. Our shipping prices are based on the size and value of the parcel plus the service required, typical prices are as follows;

UK 1st class signed for - small orders - GBP6.00

UK 1st class signed for - regular orders - GBP8.00

UK Special Delivery (up to 500 grams) - GBP14.00

UK mainland courier delivery - not Scottish Highlands - GBP12.00 (small packages) up to GBP30.00 (large packages such as bicycle frames)

European 1st class signed for (up to 100 grams) - GBP13.00

European 1st class signed for (up to 500 grams) - GBP17.00

World 1st class signed for (up to 100 grams) - GBP13.00

World 1st class signed for (up to 500 grams) - from GBP20.00
